Established in July 2015, Arilyst Technologies (Previously Known as HISIO LIMITED), is an IT Solution Provider, deploying smart solutions for IT challenges.
At Arilyst Technologies, the dynamic corporate team aims to offer service excellence and technology solutions for local corporate institutions and Retail customers with offices in Mauritius at competitive prices. Through this network, we look forward to its expansion in other countries.
Arilyst Technologies focuses on providing cloud solutions and technical support services to small and medium enterprises. The systems include both PC-based LAN systems and server-based systems, whether located on-premises or in the cloud.

Our I.T Support agreement provides support and assistance for immediate troubleshooting. Complaints and issues are escalated to the support team whereby:
- All reported issues will be logged.
- Issues are resolved or assigned to the appropriate specialist where required.

RMM (Remote Monitoring and Management)
- Prevent unauthorized access to connections with TLS 1.2 technology, which is also used in online banking.
- Encrypt every connection with asymmetric RSA 2048 key exchange.
- All connections offer Perfect Forward Secrecy thanks to Diffie-Hellman Ephemeral Handshake (DHE). Therefore, sessions cannot be decrypted by third parties.
- Salted Password Hashing is used to protect your passwords. Decryption is simply not possible.
